All terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the definitions set forth in the Terms of Service.

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern Your participation in The Best Bees Referral Program (the "Program").

You may refer friends to The Best Bees Company through the Program by clicking on the “Refer a Friend” button in footer of the bestbees.com website and following the instructions.

Your friend will receive an offer for a free case of 13.5oz jars of honey if they sign up for a minimum of one (1) year of beekeeping services. Only new and returning Best Bees customers that have not been customers in the past twelve (12) months are eligible to redeem the Referral Offer. Regardless of if your friend signs on to our Program, you will automatically receive a 13.5oz jar of Best Bees honey. This reward includes shipping within the domestic US. Up to 5 honey rewards are available per participant per calendar year. Honey incentives are available based on Best Bees honey inventory. 

Once Your friend subscribes to a year of beekeeping service, You will be eligible to receive a 5% discount off of your next year of beekeeping services OR a virtual meet and greet with a bee scientist. Once You become eligible for the Reward, you will receive your 5% credit discount to your next renewal contract or receive the event within 60 days. Discount to service will not be applicable to the current service contract. Only one (1) discount is available for redeeming. Participants may not apply multiple discounts per service contract year.

By participating in the Program, You will submit personal information about Yourself and Your friends, such as names and e-mail addresses, which will not be shared with any 3rd party vendors. All information collected, stored and/or shared through the Program shall be subject to Our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, You agree to the collection and use of Your personal information by Us and acknowledge that You have read and accepted Our Privacy Policy.

You may not participate in the Program where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable laws or regulations. You must be eighteen (18) years or older and a resident of a state in the United States, including D.C., in order to participate in the Program.

You may not participate in the Program if you are a current employee of The Best Bees company in any capacity. If you are a current employee and would like to send a referral, please contact your manager directly to understand employee benefits for referrals. 

In addition to the restrictions You agreed to in Our Terms of Service, You agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the Program, and may lead to the forfeiture of existing Program invitations and accrued, but not yet received, Rewards:

Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of Your Program invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.

Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the Program or these Terms & Conditions.

Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to Your Invitee beyond the Program invitation, or otherwise using Your Program invitations or Rewards for promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to terminate and disqualify You at any time from participating in the Program if You do not comply with any of these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We will not be liable to You in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Program. We reserve the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
