We developed proprietary software to process and analyze the genomic sequencing data, making it easier and faster to analyze species present in honey samples at scale. It used to take 45 minutes to analyze the sample (the lab sends us all the genomic sequences that occurred in the honey samples) for the percentages of plant species and their scientific names. Now, it takes 10!
